Welcome to BuciHuggs.com. These Terms and Conditions  govern your use of our website and the purchase of our jewellery. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

 

Intellectual Property

The name BuciHuggs™, our logo, and the Ever-Gold™ process are protected under UK Trade Mark law (UK00004346585). Any unauthorised use of our branding, "Future Vintage" designs, or "London Native" content is strictly prohibited.

 

Product Information (The Ever-Gold™ Guarantee)
We specialise in Class 14 jewellery (Gold-plated, 18k PVD coating). While our Ever-Gold™ collection is designed to be waterproof and sweatproof, we recommend following the care instructions provided to maintain the 3-6-9 quality of your piece.

 

Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£). We reserve the right to adjust prices in accordance with our "Abundance & Cohesion" scaling. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via our secure Wix checkout.

 

Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process all "London Native" orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

 

Returns and Refunds
In line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 30 days to return your item for a refund, provided it is unworn and in its original pink-lined BuciHuggs™ packaging. Note: For hygiene reasons, earrings may be exempt from return unless faulty.

 

Limitation of Liability
BuciHuggs™ shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products beyond the purchase price of the item.

 

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
