Step 1:
Fill out the little form below to message our team. Include your Email, Order Number and the reason for your return or exchange

Step 2:
We’ll approve your request and email a PDF containing a Royal Mail scannable barcode directly to your smartphone or laptop

Step 3:
Take your boxed item to any Post Office. Show them the barcode on your phone; they’ll print the label and take the parcel for you

All returns are handled via Royal Mail Tracked for your peace of mind. Once your item is scanned at the Post Office, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

To keep our family-run boutique sustainable, a flat fee of £2.50 will be deducted from all refunds to cover return postage. However, Exchanges are 100% Free. We want you to find the perfect piece to inspire your confidence
