How long does shipping take?
We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days. UK delivery typically takes 2-4 business days depending on the option you selected. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your Future Vintage piece is on its way.

 

Can I return my item?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, please note that earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Check our Returns page for the full process.

 

How should I care for my jewellery?
While Ever-Gold™ is incredibly durable, we recommend wiping your pieces with a soft cloth occasionally to maintain their 18k shine. Avoid harsh chemicals or perfumes directly on the metal to ensure your piece lasts a lifetime. Also try to avoid scratching your on hard surfaces like stone walls or concrete floors.
